What this is not…
Please do not send us an idea salad from your bunker or the line at Starbucks. Anyone can throw out ideas, go look at our idea wall <idea wall link>.
What we are looking for are people who validate ideas and build good stuff.
It doesn’t have to be perfect, but we have enough ideas, what we need is great work…and ideas aren’t great until the customer has validated them and they don't work until they’re built.
Does this mean I have to be a programmer?
Nope. Anyone can validate an idea.
Expect to be a Vendor for a While
I believe it was either Aristotle or Bieber who said, “For a friend is not to be had without trial and is not a matter of a single day, but time is needed…”
The traditional process of multiple human-pitch rounds is flawed. You can’t know if someone is a fit for an ultra-fast pace, get things done culture unless you work with them. So that’s what we are doing.
Also this benefits you.
While lots of people are looking for jobs, they should be looking to be vendors. Why? Taxes and money.
If you’re a vendor, we can pay you the money we would be forced to pay the government. And, you can also deduct everything off your taxes.
You can also work for multiple organizations - you won’t want to because we are so awesome, but you could.
Also, you will still be treated like a full-fledged member of our team and entrusted with our work, responsibilities, and expected to be excellent. Win-win-win.
Will you steal my idea?
No. But that doesn’t mean we aren’t working on your idea, have already received that idea, or don’t have it in our backlog.
However, even if we are working on the idea you submitted, that doesn’t mean that we don’t want to work with great people. In this case, we obviously already like your idea.
